gardening for January

In January you can do a lot, in particular when no snow and temperatures are still well above 0 °. To do there all the time. The advantage of January is that the weed does not grow, just as the shrubs, trees, flowers, etc, that no new leaves fall on the beds, in short, that the garden is simply stopped.

What is there now to do in gardening?
