For some time I noticed that each group of freaks movement has apparently face similar problems. So I ask myself, this is the puberty of the movement, we are now growing up freaks? I am not the hackneyed stiff adulthood, but adult in the sense of maturity.
A classic theme is the leadership , yes, we still treat our leaders still do not have biblical and still learn a lot. In some groups will not timely sought to young, error and contaminated sites are often passed on and not edited or burn the wire burn out / you let them. This is just about a short overview.
But as for me very concretely also busy developing the people within the movement and whether the movement is developing or not. The number of those who have gone from young adults to complete their education and crave more and more to the structure within the movement is growing. Many groups currently have to deal with the question of how to respond to family needs and yet not lose what makes the freaks (times) / e. How can we improve facilities and services so that they are child-friendly and still frighten the other members and the way the guests in church / worship not difficult. These are all problems that have struck me currently in very many groups and received so this also shrink in part to strong. I saw that some old pillars of the movement rather subdued again things that used to go to the base were freaks because they get at the freaks no longer what they need. Can we grow as a movement of these then?
